distributie s40 1.6 D

salut, tocmai am cumparat un s40 din 2005 motor 1.6D are aproximativ 216 mii km .as avea nevoie de o schema de montare a distributiei, sau macar cum se face, cum se pune la punct ??

Bine ai venit.Vrei sa ti montezi tu distributia??Contacteaza l pe roberto pt pret bun la distributie,ajunge pe la 550-600lei.

SI va trebui s o pregatesti de iarna cu filtre, ulei,vezi de antigel.

am cumparat-o cu 660 lei, am schimabt la ea filtre, ulei, toate bucsele fata, si am facut si distributia, are niste locase anume in care bagi niste suruburi sa stea la punct, problema mai mare e ca inainte de asta se crapase galeria de admisie , am incercat sa o lipesc dar fara succes , stiti ceva solutii ?

Se numesc cale acele "suruburi" .

Galeria de admisie se inlocuieste nu se lipeste .

Daca turbina face presiune prea mare (buba standard la multe 1.6D) te invarti in jurul cozii, trebuie sa vezi care e cauza nu sa carpesti efectul .

Poi daca incluzi si pompa de apa cam pacolo se invarte. Cu mult mai putin nu cred.Si ma refer fara pompe de apa airtex sau alte marci super low entry

cureaua si rolele sunt contitech si pompa apa ruville parca, gasisem pe skf ceva mai ieftin cu vreo 50 lei

Abureli.Ruville din cate stiu ii la acelasi niver cu airtex.Eu am pus pompa skf cu tot kitul gates: 580lei

@George_v, tu trisezi asa ca nu ai dreptul sa spui ca e scump :D

Eu m-am inteles bine cu Ruville, nu sunt rele deloc dar la distributie prefer OEM .

acum a aparut o noua problema, in frana de motor iese fum gri spre albastrui, in accelerare nu scoate.....

@BogdanG Din pură curiozitate, care e cauza cea mai comună a presiunii mari în turbină? Scuze de offtopic dacă se consideră astfel.

The turbocharger (TC) system on this engine comprises a turbocharger (TC) with VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine), which is regulated by a turbocharger (TC) control valve. This in turn acts on a pressure regulator. A position sensor transmits information about the position of the turbines to the engine control module (ECM).

In order to achieve optimum torque characteristics, a Garret turbocharger (TC) with variable turbine geometry is used.

The moving guide rails in the turbine are controlled by the turbocharger (TC) pressure regulator via a linkage.

In the middle of the turbocharger (TC) pressure regulator there is a pressure sensor which forwards the position of the guide rails in the form of input signals to the engine control module (ECM).

The vacuum to the turbocharger (TC) pressure regulator is dosed by the solenoid valve for the boost pressure control. The solenoid valve for the boost pressure control is controlled by the engine control module (ECM).

The turbocharger (TC) bearings are lubricated via a pipe from the engine lubrication circuit.

A pressure regulator is connected to the guide rails by means of a rod. A position sensor is located on the pressure regulator. The sensor registers the position of the rod and therefore also the position of the guide rails. The signal from the sensor is used by the engine control module (ECM) to calculate the position of the guide rails and therefore also the boost pressure. The position of the guide rails is regulated by the air pressure in the regulator.

Salut! Si eu sunt nou posesor de s40, model 2007. Masinuta e adusa de afara si se comporta exceptional. Am testat-o la reprezentanta si afara de "regenerare filtru particule", nu am primit nicio recomandare. Cu toata astea, as dori sa-i schimb distributia, filtrele/ uleiul si placutele de frana si as avea nevoie de sfaturi vav de kitul de distributie pe care mi-l recomandati, preturi si unde sa-l montez (service, dar nu Primus).

Daca mergi la reprezentanta ca sa ai garantie 100% ca daca se intampla ceva iti schimba ei cred ca trece bine de 20mil.

Mie mi au cerut la un service din oras 19mil pt schimbul complet la distributie(+pompa apa) cu piese originale la 60lei cred manopera/ora(manopera 3mil total). Daca am intrebat nu vreau pe original :13mil cu manopera inculsa dar cand am zis cu ce producator la piese au dat din umeri.

Am apelat la roberto de pe forum am luat toate piesele cu 650 (kit complet + curea la alternator) si am fost la alt service la un amic.250 lei manopera + 3 l antigel.

Dar garantie nimic, pt ca au zis ca ei nu garanteaza pt piese. Fiind un coleg de liceu seful mi a zis sa stau calm ca 99% din cazuri nu se intampla nimic

Cat duce o distributie pentru acest motoras? Eu am 96200 km in prezent si nu cunosc acest detaliu.

Iar ca si numar de kilometri, tinand cont de cati am in prezent? Care e (1) numarul standard cu care as putea sa merg cu ea si (2) la cat e recomandat sa fie schimbata? (in general, eu le schimb la 70% din durata de viata, ca sa stiu o treaba)

la 1,6d in tecdoc scrie ca se schimba la 210k sau 240k nu sunt sigur ,dar nu la noi in tara fiind atat praf.
