S60 BI-FUEL de fabrica (GPL)

Salut tuturor! Am un S60 din 2005 cu motor 2.4 benzina si GPL de fabrica. De ceva timp experimentez ceva probleme cu el, mai precis la mersul pe gaz. Aleator in mers la apasarea pedalei de ambreiaj turatia motorului ajunge la 500 dupa care scade brusc la 0 si motorul se opreste.A ajuns sa faca asa de cel putin 5 ori pe zi. La mersul pe benzina totul functioneaza fara probleme. Am schimbat distribuitorul de gaz, filtrele si am acut nenumarate diagnoze in care nu am gasit niciun cod de eroare. M-am documentat de pe un forum din UK si am aflat ca problema se rezolva cu un update de soft la calculatorul motorului(ECM).Am sunat la Bucuresti la Primus si fara a-mi garanta succesul operatiunii de update imi cer 250 lei cu manopera si TVA. Mi-au comunicat ca in Romania ei nu au comercializat astfel de model de masina si ca nu sunt autorizati sa lucreze cu instalatii de GPL. Ce ma sfatuiti sa fac, se merita sa fac update la cineva care nu imi garanteaza operatia? Ce parere aveti de Primus? Are cineva aceleasi probleme la o masina identica?

din cate am citit volvo bi-fuel foloseste CNG nu LPG, uite care este diferenta :

Compressed Natural Gas or CNG is stored on the vehicle in high-pressure tanks - 20 to 25 MPa (200 to 250 bar, or 3,000 to 3,600 psi).  Natural gas consists mostly of methane and is drawn from gas wells or in conjunction with crude oil production.  As delivered through the pipeline system, it also contains hydrocarbons such as ethane and propane as well as other gases such as nitrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, sulphur compounds, and water vapour.  A sulphur-based odourant is normally added to CNG to facilitate leak detection. 

Liquefied Petroleum Gas or LPG (also called Autogas) consists mainly of propane, propylene, butane, and butylene in various mixtures.  It is produced as a by-product of natural gas processing and petroleum refining.  The components of LPG are gases at normal temperatures and pressures.  One challenge with LPG is that it can vary widely in composition, leading to variable engine performance and cold starting performance.

Exista bifuel cu CNG sau LPG .

Cyprinel are cu LPG.

@cyprynel curata prima dată clapeta de accelerație . După care vezi ce si cum .

Multumesc pentru raspunsuri. Clapeta este curatata si in parametrii imi arata ca lucreaza bine. Am gasit multa mizerie in regulatorul de presiune care coboara presiunea gazului de la 8 bari la 0.98 bari. Tot acolo am si doua reglaje care modifica cantitatea de gaz ce intra in distribuitor. Regulatorul are doua membrane care reduc presiunea in doua etape. Am sa ma mai "joc" cu el sa vad ce rezolv. Oricum dupa curatare nu se mai opreste atat de des. E clar ca problema este de la alimentarea cu gaz.

Am curatat regulatorul de presiune si acum problema cu gazul a disparut.Am mai ramas cu o pornire greoaie aleatoare.
