Da, bineînţeles că se poate. După ce montezi toate elementele, îi instalezi (la reprezentanţă) softul şi gata. Singurul neajuns e că nu există harta României pentru modelul tău, ceea ce cred că face investiţia total nejustificată.

stie cineva cum se incadreaza ca si norma de poluare un v40 in functie de anul fabricatiei si motor...ca sa imi dau seama mai repede cand vad un anunt (daca intradevar e euro2, euro3, ...).
de exemplu am vazut doua anunturi distincte: volvo v40 an 1998; la unul era euro 2 la celalalt era euro 3

DAca e vorba de diesel ,s/v40 ul din 1997 -05.2000 ii euro 2 .Apoi din 09.2000-xx.2004 ii euro 3.

Catalizatorul se poate schimba. Daca masinile la care faci referire sunt din acelasi an si chair motorizare identica, dar sunt din Germania, este posibil acest lucru, pentru ca statul german pana in urma cu 2 ani au suportat din buget 250€ la cheltuielile schimbarii catalizatorului la o norma superioara (de la Euro2 la Euro3 sau de la Euro3 la Euro4) pentru persoanele fizice. Recent am vazut un Opel Corsa an fabricatie 1998 cu norma de poluare Euro4.

sa zicem ca nu se schimba catalizatorul...si masinile se prezinta asa cum sunt din fabrica...
din ce an trebuie sa fie un volvo v40 ca sa fie euro 4 ?

Din cate stiu nici la benzina nu este euro 4 numai 3 din 2000 luna a-6-a (phase 2)
