Rugaminte pentru cineva din Targoviste.

As dori sa cumpar un limitator de viteza, de la o persoana din Targoviste. Problema e ca nu stiu daca e bun, chiar daca el ma asigura ca e nou.Daca are cineva 1 ora libera si e dispus, va rog un raspuns.
