Limp mode volvo s40

Salut tuturor,

Sunt posesor al uni Volvo S40 2.0d, fabricatie decembrie 2004, motor D4204T(serie YV1MS723152079374), si de circa o luna imi da de cap eroare "Gestion Moteur, Repar demandee/ Engine Management, Service required".

Am fost la o diagnoza la reprezentanta Cluj (necunoscund alta posibilitati in regiune) si mi-au spus ca EGR este dus si posibil si turbo, dar mi-au si generat urmatoare coduri:

BCM - No fault found

CEM-DD00 LIN-bus 3 Communication fault - DTC is found not active

DDM - No fault found

DIM -No fault found

ECM-0047 Turbocharger (TC) control valve signal too low - DTC is found not active

ECM-0234 Turbo control pressure too high - DTC is found not active

ECM-0299 Turbo control pressure too low - DTC is found not active

ECM-0490 EGR control signal too high - DTC is found not active

ECM-1335 EGR position sensor faulty signal - DTC is found not active

ECM-1412 EGR control faulty signal -DTC is found active

ECM-1412 EGR control faulty signal -DTC is found active(apare de 2 ori eroarea pe raport)

ECM-2263 Turbo control faulty signal - DTC is found not active

ECM-2566 Position sensor turbo signal missing - DTC is found not active

EPS - No fault found

PDM - No fault found

PHM-E010 Power supply faulty signal -DTC is found not active

SRS - No fault found

SWM - No fault found.

Masina intra in "Limp mode" indiferent de treapta de viteza si temperatura motorului.

Am schimbat EGR (cu unul din dezmambrari), l-a cel montat initial fiind blocata efectiv, masina mergea perfect dupa inlocuire (fix o zi) dupa care iar apare eroarea "Gestion Moteur ...",doar dupa ce se incalzeste motorul si la viteza.

Valva control turbo (pare a fi problema), verifica furtunele de vacum

Codul la piesa este cumva 7.28328.04 (asa apare pe a mea) dar nu seamana cu cea din linkul atasat http://www.pieseauto...-195627279.html ?

Intreb deoarece, pe "siteurile cu piese" seamana foarte tare cu 7.01771.01.0, si pe care l-am inlocuit dar nu mai stiu daca am legat corect seSNsul (pompa vacuum - supapa (convertor presiune) :help: )

Salut,codul piesei pe care l-ai inlocuit e valva control turbo,acolo daca ai pus furtunele invers e ca si cum valva e defecta,piesa din link e valva vacuum care face legatura dintre tampoanele vacuum si valva control turbo,schimba furtunele si vezi daca merge bine,eu am inversat furtunele si nu stiam ce are de imi aparea engine service required,le-am pus bine si a mers dar la mine a inceput totul cu IC spart(verifica de ulei sub el ca e cald si se dilata,probabil nu esti singurul) si cei de la reprezentanta mi-au zis sa schimb tampoanele prima data si apoi alte piese pana merge.

colegul nu are tampoane vacumatice . sincer nu stiu cum e la 2.0 d, dar parca sunt 2 furtune .

cauta si tu putin pe forum Cristian , sunt sigur ca dai de un topic despre valva control turbo

Mersi Cristi, ai avut dreptate, am gasit "mufarea valvei" pe forum. Cu putina rebdare si fara chef de munca am reusit sa sar dintr-un topic in altul (citindu-le pe toate :headbang: ), abea astept sa termin programul sa o testez.

cu placere , incearca sa vezi daca nu ai furtune fisurate (eu am patit si asta) si apoi incearca cu o alta valva control turbo .

ps. erorile astea le aveai dupa schimbarea egr ? sau inainte

Dupa schimbarea valvei *( era cea mai ieftina prima solutie) si inainte de inlocuire EGR. Dupa inlocuirea EGR-ului imi intra in "Limp mode" doar in trepte superioare (Sambata pe autostrada spre Sibiu).

P.S. astept salariu pe luna asta, sa fac un drum mai lung si un sfarsit de saptamana caci nu imi permite locul de munca "sa fug dupa placeri" ;-)

eroarea asta a fost generata cu valva control turbo noua ? ECM-0047 Turbocharger (TC) control valve signal too low - DTC is found not active

dubios , verifica si mufa \ firele
