Probleme clima- baga doar cald pe partea pasagerului

Buna ziua,

Detin un XC60 2014 D4 4x4 si de ceva timp am observat ca pe partea pasagerului nu mai baga rece..doar cald. Pe display se modifica temperatura dar in realitate nu. Dupa un test cu VIDA am urmatoarele erori:

- CCM - B108277 Right Temperature damper motor Mechanical Failure commanded position not reachable

- CCM - B10884A LIN Bus B System Internal Failures Incorrect component installed Permanent fault.

Am schimbat damperul cu altul am initiat procedura de recunoastere echipamente noi cu VIDA si totul e ok.  Modulul se misca. La calibrare din pacate apare aceeasi eroare si tot doar cald pe partea dreapta.

Am scos toate modulele de pe LIn Bus B  ( defroster si incalzire scaune), repetat operatiuni calibrare..aceleasi erori :(.

 

Va rog daca s-a mai intalnit cineva cu aceasta problema sau stie un service bun pe partea de clima in Bucuresti...sincer evit Primus deoarece probabil vor spune CCM replace...si nu vreau sa cheltui o gramada daca nu e sigur CCM-ul de vina.

The following components communicate on LIN bus 2: Damper motor module (DMM) temperature right. Damper motor module (DMM) defroster. Seat heating module (SHM), front right Only applies if there is no seat heating module (SHM) ventilation. Seat heating module (SHM), right ventilation Option/accessory Seat heating module (SHM), rear right. Option/accessory Humidity sensor. Option/accessory The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that: The configuration-id for some control module connected to the bus does not match the expected value. The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of: Ignition switch position II.

Cause:

Incorrect configuration ID (the control module is not intended for this vehicle, for example it is a used control module with different software/hardware)

 

 

Code:CCM-B108277 Right Temperature Damper Motor. Mechanical Failures. Commanded Position Not Reachable

Climate control module (CCM) checks end-positions for Damper motor module (DMM). The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the control module detects that: End-positions do not match with the expected positions. The control module's test for the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) starts in the event of: Ignition switch position I and II.

Cause:

Blocked damper.

Climate control unit calibrated at incorrect temperature.

Internal fault in Damper motor module (DMM) temperature right.
