montare chiulasa motor t 4 200cp

Salut,

Am un volvo v40, model t4, 200 cp, 1998, benz, am probleme cu capacul chiuloasei. In momentul in care este montat deasupra chiuloasei acesta blocheaza axul cu came al admisiei si ii da joc axului cu camei al evacuarii.

Exista vreo regula de strangere a suruburilor capacului chiuloasei?

Le strangi in X din interior catre exterior , vezi sa nu fii incurcat axele .

vezi si distributia cum e pusa daca s-a umblat acolo ...

cine monteaza capacul de la chiulasa, e un mecanic priceput ?

ca poti avea probleme serioase, nu trebuie facuta treaba la intamplare .... bafta

The torque specification on the valve cover on a 2000 Volvo S40 with a 1.9 Turbo (asta e motorul tau in varianta americana):

Cylinder head - Renew bolts: Yes

1. Stage 1: Tighten = 20 Nm

2. Stage 2: Tighten = 60 Nm

3. Stage 3: Tighten = 130 degrees

Camshaft sprocket / gear: 20 Nm VVT = 90 Nm (VVT = Variable Valve Technology)

Camshaft carrier / cap: 17 Nm

aceasta schema este de la chiulasa pe motor,dela capac pe chilasa exista?
