Plăcuțe frana OE

Bună ziua 

Am cumpărat un set de plăcuțe pe care nu am regăsit și codul OE (pe cutia albastra este codul OE). Este normal sau nu? Am îndoieli cu privire la originea lor. Ce părere aveți?
