Cum se scoate/inlocuieste nuca schimbatorului ?...

A reusit/incercat cineva sa-si schimbe nuca schimbatorului de viteza ? A mea s-a rupt si inca nu am reusit sa gasesc CUM se scoate...

Si mai de gind (dupa ce ma dumiresc cum se inlocuieste) sa o schimb cu o nuca de V70...    Vise...

Un pic de ajutor ar fi de mare folos.

Am gasit doar asta, pentru V70.

ouch...conform VADIS-ului, nuca se...cam sparge...desi unii useri de pe-afara au reusit (cu greu) sa o scoata fara sa o taie.

No standing on seats or cutting anything! Fitting new one ( Ripspeed chrome ball) required cutting the gear lever by about 1 and a 1/2" so that the chrome ball sat on top of the gaiter. without any of the stick showing. Enter angle grinder and a blanket to stop sparks going where they weren't wanted and now a nice chrome ball in place of old knob.

Total time including cutting lever about 15 min."

"well good news guys. after a day of trying and getting pissed off i got it off without cutting the leather. i used a small flat head screw driver and pryed under the knob where the C clip is . If you pry it far enough away from the shifter you can pull the handle out. it was still hard to pull out but i got it off in one piece."

Conform VADIS-ului:

To remove gear shift knob

-Cut off the outer casing on the knob with a knife

-Remove inner sleeve using pincers so the locking groove is exposed.

-Remove knob.

Cam nasoala treaba asta - cred ca e un defect de proiectare la 850...Mai la toate masinile se scoate prin rasucire sau ridicare...

Exact asa se face, se taie nuca, se taie colierul si se trage in sus, de bagat se baga tot greu

Oricum mai este o metoda si anume trasul cu putere, sigur o sa iasa.

eu am schimbat nuca cu tot cu schimbator si cu burduf.....alta cale rezonabila nu am gasit....luate de la Alex..vreo 500 RON...

Eu am tot scoso,am pus-o,din poze vad ca este acelasi sistem ca la mine.

Trebuie apasat cu putere pe nuca,dupa care se roteste spre stanga( apasat tare) cam un sfert de tura,si ar trbui sa se ''declicuiasca'' de acolo.E destul de greu,si mie mi-a venit sa pun flexu pe ea .

Tu ai alt sistem, la noi este cu un colier la V70/XC70 .
