Probleme alimentare benzina S70 !

Cred ca am probleme cu alimentarea. Este varianta fara retur ,adica modelul cu Bosch ME7.0 fab 1999.

Nu stiu daca e o problema dar mi se pare ca dupa 4500 turatii motorul are alt sunet (parca ar merge in 4 cilindri) ,masina nu mai trage cum trebuie si scade considerabil boost-ul. Inca nu am verificat ce presiune am in rampa de alimentare. Ideea este ca dupa ce masina sta 24h nepornita presiunea in rampa e ~0 (apas pe ventil si "pisa" un gram de benzina) . O fi oare normal la acest model? De pornit porneste bine.

Rugamintea mea este daca are cineva o poza din VADIS cu acest sistem de alimentare sa o posteze aici ca sa inteleg si eu cum functioneaza.

Stiu ca Motronicul are si retur cu regulator de presiune si acolo treaba e mai simpla. Si la mine exista retur ,care pleaca de sub masina (de langa filtrul de benzina) spre rezervor. Sa fie acolo regulatorul de presiune??

Vadis zice ca regulatorul de presiune e dupa filtrul de benzina. Verificare presiune benzina fp.pdf inlocuire regulator presiune fpr.pdf despre ME 7.0 me7.pdf

Totusi acest regulator de presiune functioneaza pe acelasi principiu ca la M4.4 ? M-am uitat pe sub masina si am vazut ca are o conducta pentru vacuum ,dar aceasta conducta face parte din sistemul PCV. Mmm.......

O fi reference air line. Cred ca furnizeaza presiunea din rezervor.

Buun.

Am bagat masinuta pe diagnoza si am descoperit urmatoarele coduri :

P1111

P1113

P0327

P0332

P1332

P1620

P1623

Acum cu P0327 si P0332 care au legatura cu senzorii de detonatie s-a rezolvat ,cred ca nu facea contact bine in mufa (cu putin spray de contacte).

Celelalte coduri le-am gasit pe Google dar nu sunt convingatoare deoarece fac referire la diferite probleme (ma refer la acelasi cod DTC si nu stiu care se potriveste la VOLVO).

Daca are careva dintre voi o lista cu aceste coduri din VADIS pentru S70T5 fab 1999 cu Bosch ME7.0 va rog sa ma ajutati si pe mine caci detest sa am masinuta bolnava!

Cu ce tester ai facut diagnoza ? ca in VADIS nu gasesc niciun cod :blink:

Interfata de diagnoza este una universala ELM327 v1.5 si merge f. bine pe VOLVO pentru motor.

Aceste coduri au echivalente la VOLVO.

Ex. P1113=ECM-1100 (Se refera la Intake Air Temperature Faulty Signal)

P1332 are lecatura cu CVVT -ul ... controlul variabil al valvelor... posibil solenoid defect.

Momentan mai am P1620 ,P1623 si P1113

Le-am cam descoperit pe toate.
