      Mi-am cumparat un scantool "MaxiDiagâ„¢ EU702 " si azi dupa ce l-am primit am si testat masina mai ales ca in ultimile zile se tot aprindea in bord ABS-ul.Poate sa imi explice cineva ce inseamna,ce vrea sa zica aceasta eroare :

"  S70 -> 1997 -> ABS -> Read Codes   

4-4-3  Pump motor electrical or mechanical fault"

Ai luat asta din VADIS? Vezi ca trebuie sa-ti arate si ce trebuie sa faci.

  Nu,asta este ce imi afiseaza aparatul de diagnosticare la mine ( 4-4-3  Pump motor electrical or mechanical fault ) si nu stiu unde sau la ce sa ma uit.

  Asta este o lista cu coduri pt ABS de pe net:

Mode 1: (40 km/h=25 mph)

1-1-1 No error code set

1-2-1 Left side front wheel sensor: faulty signal at speed less than 40km/h

1-2-2 Right side front wheel sensor: faulty signal at speed less than 40km/h

1-2-3 Left side rear wheel sensor: faulty signal at speed less than 40km/h

1-2-4 Right side rear wheel sensor: faulty signal at speed less than 40km/h

1-2-5 Signal faulty from at least one wheel sensor for a long period

1-4-1 Faulty pedal sensor: shorted to ground or supply

1-4-2 Faulty stop (brake) lamp switch: open circuit

1-4-3 Control Module (CM) faulty

1-4-4 Brake discs overheated

1-5-1 Left front wheel sensor: open circuit or short-circuit to battery voltage

1-5-2 Right front wheel sensor: open circuit or short-circuit to battery voltage

1-5-5 Rear axle sensor: open circuit or short-circuit to battery voltage

2-1-1 Left front wheel sensor: no signal on moving off

2-1-2 Right front wheel sensor: no signal on moving off

2-1-3 Left rear wheel sensor: no signal on moving off

2-1-4 Right rear wheel sensor: no signal on moving off

2-1-5 Valve relay: open circuit or short-circuit

2-2-1 Left front wheel sensor: ABS operation signal missing

2-2-2 Right front wheel sensor: ABS operation signal missing

2-2-3 Left rear wheel sensor: ABS operation signal missing

2-2-4 Right rear wheel sensor: ABS operation signal missing

2-3-1 Left front wheel sensor: signal missing

2-3-2 Right front wheel sensor: signal missing

2-3-5 Rear axle sensor: signal missing

3-1-1 Left front wheel sensor: open circuit or short-circuit

3-1-2 Right front wheel sensor: open circuit or short-circuit

4-1-1 Left front wheel inlet valve: open circuit or short circuit

Verifica siguranta 11/9. Daca e buna, verifica cu un volmetru daca ai tesiune ~ cu cea a bateriei. Daca nu, nu stiu ce sa mai faci. Vadis zice sa pui nu stiu ce test box, de care nu am auzit in viata mea, sa masori niste rezistente, voltaje... etc.

@Mitzi inseamna ca nu vine curent la pompa ABS din modulul de comanda, dai frumusel carcasa filtrului de aer afara si ajungi la mufa, ai 2 mufe, una mare si una mica neagra, aia neagra duce curent la pompa de abs, desfaci mufa si dai cu spray contact, la fel poti face si la mufa mare ca nu strica . Asamblezi la loc si doamne ajuta ;D

Daca tot scoti mufa, trage si 2 fire de la baterie (+ si -) si pune-le pentru 1-2 secunde direct pe pompa, asa vei stii daca pompa functioneaza (o sa o auzi bazaind). Asa scoti din start defectul fizic al pompei.

    Bun.Acum,in seara asta citesc din nou codurile pt s-a aprins din nou dupa ce am sters eroarea si surpriza,alte doua coduri care prima data nu erau

Exact. Dar se poate sa fie si din vreun contact slabit sau oxidat de la sonda.

  Sa vedem,poate reusesc in seara asta sa demontez sonda si sa o curat;in felul asta pot sa vad si ce cod are in caz ca trebuie sa o inlocuiesc cu alta noua.Dupa,sa vedem ce valori da.Daca se comporta la fel(adica variaza foarte mult intre 0 si 0.9 V) alta noua.

Pai TREBUIE sa varieze intre 0.1 si 0.9V ! Ala e principiul ei de masura !!!

    Eeeeee,am demontat sonda care era destul de murdara,am dat cu spray de contacte si pe ea si pe mufa ei.Am lasat-o vreo 10-15 min dupa care am montat-o la loc.Si surpriza,pun testerul pe masina si nimic;tot timpul la 0(din cand in cand se mai ducea pe la 0.045).Am miscat de mufa,nimic.Deci,cred ca am stricat-o de tot.Bine ca am luat codul de ea ca sa stiu ce sa cumpar (BOSCH 0 258 003 593).

Cand masori tb ca motorul sa functioneze in CL (closed loop) altfel te pacalesti .

  Revenind la ABS,Matrixxx,am facut ce ai spus tu,cu doua fire direct de la baterie am verificat pompa.Imediat s-a auzit caraind si am facut asta de 2-3 ori pt siguranta.Motorul a raspuns de fiecare data imediat.Am dat cu spray de contacte pe toate mufele.Din pacate acum becurile de ABS+TRACS stau tot timpul aprinse.Am verificat si aceeasi eroare 4-4-3.Nu inteleg ce poate sa aiba.Este frustrant.

Ar fi super daca ai putea face o proba cu un alt modul de ABS care stii sigur ca functioneaza. Cred ca in modul e ceva in neregula, daca pompa merge inseamna ca nu ajunge comanda la ea...

daca este din modul si daca merge de 850 t5 '97 am abs+tracs la pret fff bun.

Come on pipal, stiti ca e vechea problema cu lipiturile reci... Mitzi, desfa-l frumusel bucati, decapsuleaza-l, incinge cu un pistol de lipit FIECARE lipitura, pune-l la loc, si sunt 90% sanse sa mearga. La mine asta a fost, si m-a ajutat la asta un drag coleg care a stat toata noaptea calare pe el si mi l-a facut...

  Dilema!!! ???

    Am primit azi sonda lambda de pe partsforvolvos.Problema este ca eu am comandat sonda Bosch(0258003593)(VOLVO cod daca nu gresesc 9202719) care intre timp a si disparut,nu o mai gasesc la ei,iar eu am primit in schimb NTK(NKG) cod OZA660-EE11 nr. 5697.

  Nu stiu ce sa fac;pe net ce am vazut este ca ar merge pe tipul meu de motor B5204T2. ???

eu zic sa le-o trimiti inapoi si sa-ti returneze banii. Cum adica ai comandat bosch si ei ti-au trimis...altceva fara sa te anunte macar printr-un mail ?

    Nu stiu daca mai are sens.Cea Bosch costa cam 108 euro,iar cea pe care am primit-o de la ei,nkg costa cam 112 euro.Pe factura apare cea Bosch.Daca ea se potriveste pe masina mea,ce sens are sa o trimit inapoi?Problema e sa mearga.

Merge si NTK, eu am de un an in locul celei originale bosch. Totul e sa fie compatibila.

Dar ...de ce nu le trimiti matale un email ? , in care sa te dumiresti daca este sau nu o greseala ? si eventual poti afla si daca este compatibila . Parerea mea ...
