Recomandari cauciucuri foarte performante (si scumpe) de vara

Dragilor, ginditi-va in primul rand cum veti merge cu aceste cauciucuri, unde......

Daca esti atent la fiecare groapa sau sina de tramvai, daca faci acceleratii fulminante (turbina sa fie rrrrrosie), daca mergi 90% doar in oras cu viteza legala...daca...

Si apoi luati-va cel mai bun cauciuc pe care vi-l permiteti.  :-*

Nu stiu cat de mult va conta dif. de la 55 la 50

235x55 au inaltimea de 129,25 mm

235x50 au inaltimea de 117,50 mm

Or sa para rotile mai mici in diametru, 23,5 mm se vede cu ochiul liber.

Presupun ca nu s-ar simti asa tare la confort fiind destul de inalte.

Domnu Matrixxx,stii vorba aia ''suntem prea saraci sa ne luam lucruri ieftine si proaste''.

As putea sa-mi iau un cauciuc mai ieftin,sa zicem la vreo 500-600ron,si sa trebuiasca sa-l schimb dupa 15-20k.Asa dau 1000ron,este si performant atunci cand este cazul,si merge si 50k.Gresesc undeva?

Sau poate stii tu un model ieftin si bun pe dim. asta?

si pentru tine, tot Pilot Sport PS2,cu 235/50.

n-o sa ma-njuri. de fapt , la dimensiunile astea, ps 2 -ul sau ps 3-ul n-au concurenta.

N-ar fi o problema dar sunt mai mici ca inaltime si mi-e ca pe langa aspectul mai naspa, roti mai mici, sa nu devina si mai rigida, lucru pe care nu-l doresc. PS2 nici nu-i scump, e doar vreo 650 lei, PS3 pe la noi n-am prea gasit.

toate rotile de 18'' de la volvo mai nou vin cu Pirelli PZero. La XC60 Pirelli PZero Rosso. - Tot astea sunt standard si la Porsche Cayenne  8) Tre sa fie ceva de capul lor.

Sustin ce spune iulirx legat de performanta la Pirelli PZero. Pe ud eu nu am avut probleme, si am tras putin de ele pe la Posada pe ud. Dar nu cred ca am fost aproape de limita sa ma dau cu parerea.

Pe uscat am avut un client care a luat un XC90 Sport, cu roti pe 19'' si acest Pirelli a tinut fix 10.000 de km. Depinde foarte mult in ce conditii a fost folosit. (nu era din bucuresti)

Din experienta mea, pe masina mea:

Am masina de un an si 3 luni. Am incaltat-o cu Vredestein de iarna fix jumatate din perioada, si aproximativ jumatate din cei 25.000 de km parcursi.

Nu am nici un semn de uzura prematura pe nici un cauciuc (nici de vara, nici de iarna). Ne mai auzim la anu pe tema asta :)

Dar de GoodYear excellence ce parere aveti? Eu mi-am pus pe chevy kalos acum un an si ceva, si mi s-au parut foarte bune. Franarea este de nota 10, abs-ul intrand foarte putin la franari bruste. Stabilitatea a crescut si ea... Ma gandeam pentru volvo sa trec tot pe excellence...

alte cauciucuri excelente. chiar mai mult decit atit ! si cred ca nu te tin mai mult de 25k daca "le arzi "

WHO CARES about tyres? Hands up? As we so often preach about here at Motors, the most important part of your car is the four black rings under it. Yeah, yeah. Heard it all before.

Tyre companies have to think of innovative ways of launching tyres. Most fail miserably. Even the most enthusiatic of motorists tend to glaze over at the mention of tyres. Having had many a lovely snooze through tyre press conferences, I wasn’t exactly thrilled at being assigned to a tyre event earlier this month.

The tyre in question should have been a clue that this was no ordinary conference.

The ContiSportContact5P, to give the tyre its proper title, is the successor to the ContiSportContact 3 (there will be no four because it is bad luck in China, apparently), the tyre used on cars like the Ford Focus RS and the Renault Megane RS. It is a high-performance tyre that is as good on the racetrack as it is on the road. So when they set about replacing the No 3 with a new tyre they started from the top down: the first release of the new tyre is for ultra high-performance cars with tyre sizes of 19 inches and above.

The Monteblanco circuit in Spain was the destination for the launch of this new tyre. This is a circuit where, if you drop in unannounced, you are likely to see F1 teams testing their new cars. We arrived to see a collection of some of the world’s best performance cars: the Ford Focus RS, the Renault Megane RR, the Audi TT RS, the Volkswagen Scirocco R and not one but 10 Porsche 911s. Kids in a candy shop.

We started on the wet handling circuit. All the cars bar the 911s were there and we set out on a specially designed circuit with hoses spraying gallons of water on the track.

All the cars were fitted with Racelogic VBox tracking devices which video your drive, recording your times and the angles at which corners were taken.

The grip from the new tyre was very impressive. Having driven the Megane just a couple of weeks ago with ContiSport3 tyres fitted, this new tyre on the same car gave an even more assured grip. Continental has given this new tyre a multiplicity of smaller tread lugs in the central and side tread sections to create large numbers of lateral edges in the tyre surface. These lateral edges function like a windscreen wiper, cutting through the film of water on the road so the water under the tread lugs can be quickly dispersed. The result is incredible.

In the afternoon, we tested the three evolutions of the new tyre Continental had worked on since the launch of the ContiSport3. We tried them back-to-back in the 911s with full telemetry on the cars. This was a chance to see the alchemy involved in developing a high performance tyre.

The Evolution 1 tyres, developed in 2006, felt good but the telemetry after five laps showed my driving was quite a bit off that of the racing driver in the same tyres. No surprise there; my ultra-efficient German tyre mentor explained I was failing to be efficient in a number of key areas in my driving. Most was down to talent, but I was also not braking hard enough. A graph showed I was applying half the amount of brake pressure as my professional driving rivals. But I found solace in the fact my cornering ability was close to their racing driver’s. I was a “tidy†driver.

The Evolution 2 tyre appeared to have greater slip: the car’s traction control had to work harder and while power-slides through corners are fun, they aren’t going to get you fast lap times. But this evolution of the tyre installed greater confidence and the telemetry showed that. The braking got better and I had to input less steering out of bends to settle the car. The science was all starting to make sense.

Then it was time to try the finished ContiSportContact 5P.

By now, I was familiar with the track and much braver, but even taking this into account, the telemetry didn’t lie. I shaved seconds off the lap times and braked harder than the professional racing driver.

For the first time in my life, engineers were asking me questions and taking notes. My times were “very respectable†– now it all started to make sense.

In these new tyres, the upper tread section, called the cap, is designed in such a way that ensures maximum grip and it certainly seems to have done its job.

This ham-fisted hack had turned into a respectable racing driver in one afternoon and that is no mean feat.

The ContiSportContact 5P will be fitted as standard to the Mercedes-Benz AMG models, the Ford Focus RS and the Renault Megane RS and can be bought for wheel sizes of 19-inch or above. Prices are expected to start at about €200 per tyre."

Pirelli PZero - cel mai performant cauciuc pe uscat.silentios si confortabil. si slab pe ud. se duce extrem de repede. pe ud e dezastru, se comporta ca slicurile. cel mai bun de liniute. nu-l recomand decit pentru a fi utilizat din cind in cind, NU ZILNIC! ..."

Salut si em un XC90 Sport si subscriu la ce ai spus referitor la Pirelli PZero, asa este 10-15 mii Km si am mers cu ele in conditii mixte de teren spre asfalt curat ...- NU RECOMAND...

Eu pana acum am pus pe masina urmatoarel tipuri de gume :

- Goodyear Eagle F1 - am mers cca. 25 mii poate mai merg si anul acesta tot dar nu sunt convins ( adik un total de max. 35 mii )...

- Pirreli Scorpion Ice+Snow, foarte bune pe iarna, am prins deja doua ierni cu ele si mai merg cel putin una am facut cca. 35 mii, la fel pe teren mixt; foarte stabile - RECOMAND...

Oricum vreau recomandarea voastra pt. 4 buc. de vara ...

Daca tot sunteti in tema, ce parere aveti de dunlop sport 1? Sunt ok?

Am gasit cu 325lei/buc  ;D

Am avut eu.. Sunt destul de dure ca si consistenta dar nu le-as recomanda..

le-am schimbat pe Continental si diferenta e enorma ;D

Am reusit intr-un final sa ma decid,si mi-am luat Pilot Sport PS2.

Le montez maine pe masina,si sunt foarte nerabdator sa vad dif.,mai ales cu noile mele jante pe 17 ;D

Acum ca se apropie iarna vreau si eu sa imi cumpar cauciucuri de vara :) desi nu prea e bine eu pun pret si pe aspectul profilului si m-am gandit la BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW NT. Din ce am citit pe net cica ar fi cam zgomotoase dar in rest sunt ok.Voi ce parere aveti?Sau poate imi recomandati altceva cu profil mai exotic :)
